The short version
One Row doesn't collect your personal information. There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your blankets, photos and yarn stay on your iPhone.
The only things that leave your phone are the place names you search for and the map coordinates and dates needed to download weather for your blanket. None of it is tied to who you are.
This policy applies to the One Row app for iPhone ("One Row", "we"). Questions: feedback@onerow.app.
What stays on your iPhone
Everything you create in One Row is saved only on your device.

- Label reading happens on your phone. When you scan a yarn label, the text is read by Apple's on-device text recognition. The photo isn't uploaded anywhere.
- Progress videos are made on your phone. A video only leaves your device if you choose to share or save it.
- Backups. Like most apps, One Row's data is included in your iPhone or iCloud backup if you have backups turned on, under Apple's privacy policy.
What leaves your iPhone
To build your blanket, One Row downloads weather from these services. What's sent is a place, not a person: map coordinates, dates and the time zone.

- One Row never uses your phone's location. Places come only from what you type and choose.
- Like any website, these services see your device's internet (IP) address when the app connects. One Row's server runs on Cloudflare and doesn't record IP addresses. Open-Meteo says it may keep IP addresses for technical reasons and deletes those logs after 90 days (Open-Meteo's terms).
- Weather credits: Apple Weather, NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (GHCN-Daily), and Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0).
- Feedback. If you tap Send feedback, your mail app opens a message to us with the app version, iPhone model and iOS version. It's only sent if you send it, and we use it only to reply and improve the app.
- Links you tap. Pattern links you add open in your browser, which follows that website's own privacy policy.
Permissions
One Row asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it. You can change any of them in Settings.

One Row Plus
One Row is free. One Row Plus is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles the payment.
- We never see your payment details. Card numbers, Apple Account details and billing address stay with Apple.
- Your phone checks what you've unlocked. The app asks Apple on your device whether you have Plus. That purchase record isn't sent to us.
- Subscriptions and refunds are managed in your Apple Account settings.
Your choices and rights
- Deleting your data. Delete a blanket in the app to remove it with its photos and files. Deleting One Row from your iPhone removes everything it stored. We don't hold your data, so there's nothing for us to delete or export.
- Children. One Row isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect anyone's personal information.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. One Row doesn't collect personal data, but you can always contact us.
- Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and mention it in the app's release notes. If we ever start collecting personal data, we'll ask first.
